Most of Vienna's day laborers live in Vienna Park Apartments and the surrounding "flop houses" that Vienna has allowed to flourish. Current and former Vienna Park Apartment residents have complained to Southern Management, with no results. We're not sure why Vienna's Zoning department and the Fire Marshall have not cited Southern Management Corporation for over-crowding and other dangerous conditions at the complex.If we can do a random walk through and see frightening electrical and other problems, and everyone can see that there are many more private and commercial vehicles parked than are supposed to be there -- how can those who are supposed to protect the residents turn a blind eye to this place?
